Return / Cancellation Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Happy Tails within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Some products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Happy Tails at the customers’ expense. Happy Tails will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly.
